Merchandise sold by LEGEND™ Compression Wear and shipped within the State of North Carolina are subject to sales tax. When applicable, sales tax will be calculated and charged during the checkout process.

No sales tax will be charged to orders shipped outside the State of North Carolina.

If you need to return your item for a refund, you will receive a refund for the taxes paid for any specific item(s) returned.

International shipments outside the USA may incur duties, taxes, and other fees from the destination country. Compliance with local regulations & laws is the customer’s responsibility. LEGEND™ Compression Wear does not collect for taxes or duties and is not responsible for any of these potential fees.
